Shark Ninja Authorized Retailer Process

Warranty and Returns Terms and Conditions (“Warranty”), is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa, including, but not limited to, the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”), to the extent applicable.

Definitions

SharkNinja” refers to SharkNinja Europe Limited, the manufacturer of SharkNinja products

Company” refers to Iser Pty LTD, the official distributor of SharkNinja products within South Africa

"Products" refers to the range of household appliances and beauty devices provided through the Company’s retailer partners and www.sharkninja.co.za, including but not limited to Vacuum Cleaners, Fans, Blenders, Hair stylers, Creami, and other related accessories.

“Consumer”: refers to any natural person who acts as the ultimate end user of goods or services. The consumer is the individual who finally utilizes or consumes the product

The SharkNinja Warranty

When a consumer buys a product in South Africa, they are entitled to legal rights relating to the quality of the product (referred to as your “legal rights”). These rights can be enforced against the retailer and/or, The Company if you bought your Shark Products directly from www.sharkninja.co.za.

At SharkNinja we are confident in the quality of our Products. That’s why every SharkNinja product comes with a standard manufacturer’s Warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Selected products qualify for an extended Warranty, this varies based on the product and model. The exact duration of the extended Warranty for your product will be confirmed during the registration process. Customers are encouraged to review the eligibility details for their specific product and model at the time of purchase or registration to ensure clarity.

This manufacturer’s Warranty, provided by SharkNinja and administered in South Africa by the Company, and is subject to the terms and conditions of use, including but not limited to, exclusions for misuse, accidental damage, and normal wear and tear, as outlined in our full warranty terms.

What are the benefits of registering my SharkNinja product?

Product registration is required for extended warranty coverage.

By registering your SharkNinja Products, you will receive additional coverage beyond the standard two (2) year warranty, extending the total length of your warranty depending on the specific product and model. Registration also ensures we have your details on file, making it easier for us to assist you in the future.

If you opt-in for communications from us during registration, you will receive:

  • Tips and advice to help you get the best performance from your SharkNinja Products.
  • Updates on the latest Shark technology, product launches, and exclusive offers.

How to register your product purchased from us or one of our authorized retail partners for an extended warranty:

  1. Complete the Warranty Registration Form by entering a few simple details to register your product (Product details: Model no, Serial no, SKU; Personal details: Full name, Email address, Phone number, Physical address; Purchase details: Date of purchase, Store name, Proof of purchase, Order number)
  2. You will receive a confrimation email once your extended warranty is registered

What’s covered Under Warranty

Every SharkNinja product purchased in South Africa from us or an authorized Shark Ninja retailer includes a limited Warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Workmanship issues
  • Household use in a non-commercial setting

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use, improper care, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair
  • Damage resulting from the use of the SharkNinja products for purposes other than normal domestic household use.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, foam pads, blending vessels, lids)
  • Damage caused by use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
  • Damage caused by use of parts and accessories that are not SharkNinja original components.

Warranty coverage begins on the date of your purchase and applies only when the product is used in South Africa in accordance with the instruction manual.

The Company reserves the right to replace your unit with one of equal or greater value when required.

  • Should you have any issues with your product, kindly contact our CX Support on 0800 014797 or via email to support@sharkninja.co.za to troubleshoot the issue
  • If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, fill in the Warranty Claim Form
  • You will receive instructions on how to return your product
  • Once your warranty claim is approved, we’ll process your replacement right away. Most replacements ship within 2 days but may take up to 5 days. You’ll receive tracking information once your item is on the way.
  • The Company covers repair or replacement under warranty.
  • Please note we will require Proof of Purchase and return of the defective unit.
