Returns Process
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, received an incorrect item, or your product is defective or damaged, we have made returning your SharkNinja product quick and easy.
Change of Mind (within 30 days of delivery)
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange.
To qualify:
- You must provide the original receipt.
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
Defective or Damaged Products (after 14 days)
We take pride in delivering high quality products. If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we will:
- Replace the product with the same item at no additional cost, or
- Provide a refund if a replacement is not available
Incorrect Items Delivered
If you receive a product that you did not order:
- We will arrange collection of the incorrect product
- The correct item will be delivered to you as soon as possible
Important:
Please do not remove the product from its original packaging.

- Complete the Return form on this page.
- We will email you instructions on how to return your purchase back.
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging including all accessories. For bundles, all items in the bundle must be returned together.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-14 working days.
- Depending on your bank, funds will appear in your account between 2-10 working days.
