How do I register with SharkNinja?
- Navigate to the person icon on the top section of the page to access the Register Now option.
- Complete the required fields, tick the Send me special offers box to always stay updated on promotions and new drops.
- Click the Create account button and you will be registered with us.
- Thereafter you can access your account by logging in with your email address and password.
Forgot your password?

How do I update my contact details?
- Sign in to your account, navigate to Account Settings on the left panel of the page. Update the desired fields and click the Save details button.
What payment methods can I use?
- At this time, we accept payment from VISA, MasterCard, Ozow EFT and Mobicred.
What are your shipping rates?
- Free delivery on orders over R1,000.00 and R85.00 on orders below R1,000.00.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Most orders are delivered between 2-5 working days but sometimes delivery can take up to 7 days. High order volumes, holidays, weather events, or incomplete addresses may cause delays.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
- No, unfortunately we do not deliver on weekends and on public holidays. We only deliver during working days (Monday to Friday).
What happens if I do not receive my goods within the stipulated time frame?

What happens if an item is missing or damaged from my shipment?
- If you receive a product that you did not order or is damaged, we will arrange collection of the product and the correct item will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Fill in the Return Form to get started and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I refuse delivery if I no longer want my order?
- No. If your order has already shipped, please accept delivery and then initiate a return through the Returns page.
What is SharkNinja’s Return Policy?
- You can return items purchased directly from SharkNinja within 30 days for a full refund. Items must not be heavily worn, used, or altered.
Can I return a gift?
- Yes, you can return a gift if you have the order number and the email used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return packaging requirements?
- Please return the items in the same condition in which they were received.
Can I drop off my return at a SharkNinja office or warehouse?
- No, in-person returns are not accepted. Please use the official Returns page for processing.
Can I use my own carrier to return the product?
- No. To ensure proper processing, returns must be made using the approved return process outlined on the Returns page.
If I purchased from another retailer?
- Products purchased through authorized retail partners can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (subject to proof of purchase).
When will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–10 working days.
Do I need to register my product for warranty coverage?
- All SharkNinja products include a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, some models may qualify for extended coverage. Product registration is recommended. Register here.
Is my warranty valid outside South Africa?
- No, warranties are valid only in the country of purchase and intended use.
- Products purchased in South Africa are covered only within South Africa.
What if I bought my product from a retailer (e.g., Takealot or Hirsch’s)?
- You’re still covered, provided the retailer is authorized and you have valid proof of purchase. Register here.
Will I be charged for shipping or service under warranty?
- No, SharkNinja covers the cost of replacement and service under warranty.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
- No. SharkNinja will cover return shipping costs for warranty claims.
Why do I need to return the defective product?
- Returned products are inspected to confirm the issue, improve future product design and ensure replacements are issued correctly.
When can I expect my replacement?
- Once your warranty claim is approved, most replacements ship within 2–5 working days and in some cases it may take up to 7 working days.
- You’ll receive updates when your replacement has been shipped.
