Warranty Registration & Claim Process

At SharkNinja, we are confident in the quality of our products. That’s why every SharkNinja product includes a standard manufacturer’s warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

If you would like to register for an extended warranty or submit a claim for a product that is not functioning as expected—whether purchased from us or one of our authorized retail partners—we’ve made the process simple and hassle-free.

Extended Warranty Eligibility

The extended 3-year warranty is available only for the following Shark Cordless Vacuum Cleaner models:

  • IP3251EUT
  • IP1251EUT
  • IZ380EU

Important:

The extended warranty does not cover batteries.

How To Register For An Extended Warranty:

  1. Navigate to the Warranty & Product Registration section on the page
  2. Complete the Warranty Registration Form
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your extended warranty is registered

How To Submit A Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our CX Support team:
  2. If the issue is not resolved:
    • Go to the Warranty Claims section on the page
    • Complete the Warranty Claim Form
  3. You will receive instructions on how to return your product
  4. Our team will assess the item and determine what needs replacement
  5. If your claim is approved:
    • Your replacement will be processed promptly
  6. Most replacements are shipped within 2 days (may take up to 5 days)
  7. You will be notified once your replacement item has been dispatched
